See it: Forest Hills Tudor home sells for $1.47M

A four-bedroom 1920s Tudor house in Forest Hills was recently picked up for $1.47 million.

The house features three floors with two-and-a-half bathrooms and it was renovated inside and out before the sale on Aug. 18, according to Terrace Sotheby’s International Realty which listed the residence.

The 2,163-square-foot house, located at 97-11 70th Ave., has a two-car garage and an open living room with fireplace. The home is also located just a couple of blocks away from the Forest Hills LIRR station and the E, F, M, R train subway station on 71st Avenue.

The house’s kitchen has custom cherry cabinets with granite countertops, and the basement has a large finished family room with a half-bath, laundry room and  storage room.
