Police are investigating the death of a 20-year-old man, who was shot twice and pronounced dead on arrival at Franklin General Hospital.
Officers were responding to a 9-1-1 call at 9:19 pm on Wednesday, October 31 when they found the man near 225th Street and Linden Boulevard.
No one has been arrested in connection with the shootings.
