Officers of the 111th Precinct are searching for a man they say held up a gas station at 8:15 this morning.

According to a source, the unidentified armed man went into the location, at 244-05 Northern Boulevard, and demanded money from the attendant.

The cash was put in a bag and the perp, in a black mask and gloves, fled northbound on 244th Street.

ESU, Aviation and Canine units responded to the scene. Currently, the source said, they are investigating the incident and looking at video surveillance.
