Robert Ricken, President of the Board of Directors of North Shore Towers

“In the last few years the Board of Directors of North Shore Towers has accomplished incredible economic achievements even in this financial environment.  They have had no increase in maintenance the past two years, have raised their reserves from $6,000,000 to almost $20,000,000 and conducted a capital improvement initiative that continues to not only maintain the 110 acre facility, but also improve both the buildings and grounds. Last year the Wall Street Journal noted that North Shore Towers had the 5th highest number of sales in New York City.  A major article in the New York Daily News stated that North Shore Towers is one of the best places to live in New York.  When the electricity is out all over the Metropolitan Area, the lights are on in North Shore Towers because they also generate their own electricity!”  The amenities include an 18 hole golf course, 5 hard tru tennis courts, an indoor and outdoor pool, a huge fitness center, a movie theatre, restaurant, super market, fruit store, drug store, beauty parlor, spa and live entertainment three nights a week.  Visitors are always welcome!
