Suspect wanted in connection with five Queens armed robberies

Police are seeking for a suspect wanted in connection for five Queens armed robberies over the past two months.

The first robbery took place on Sunday, January 15 when the suspect entered the JFK Inn on South Conduit Avenue with a semi-automatic handgun demanding money, police said.  The suspect, described by police as a black male in his 20s, between 5-feet-7-inches and 5-feet-9-inches tall with a thin build, fled the location with an undetermined amount of money.

Most recently the suspect robbed a market on Liberty Avenue on Wednesday, February 22.

The suspect is also wanted in connection with three other armed robberies:

–          On Sunday, January 22 at the Giant Farmers Market on Queens Boulevard in Jamaica

–          On Thursday, February 2 at the Gulf Stadium Dunkin Donuts on 150th Street in Jamaica

–          On Wednesday, February 8 at the Gulf Gas Station on Atlantic Avenue in Richmond Hill

Police said the suspect wears a green, yellow and red bandana over the lower part of his face.
