Police are searching for a suspect wanted for a robbery in Flushing.

Police are searching for a suspect wanted for a Flushing robbery.

The suspect entered an apartment on Wednesday, March 7 armed with a knife and demanded money from the victim, a 22-year old woman, but before she could comply, the suspect grabbed a set of car keys and fled the location, police said.

Police described the suspect as a 22-year-old Asian male, 5-feet-7-inches tall, 160 pounds.

Anyone with information in regards to this robbery is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers Website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or texting their tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
