String of robberies strike Astoria

The NYPD is searching for two suspects wanted in connection with a string of Astoria break-ins.

Three stores were robbed between the night of Tuesday, March 27 and the afternoon of Wednesday, March 28, police said. The suspects entered the businesses by breaking the locks on the doors and proceeded to removed cash, a register and computer equipment.

A fourth Astoria business was robbed on Friday, March 30.

Police described the suspects as white or Hispanic males between 16 and 22 years old.
