A Flushing man was arrested after verbally and physically attacking a fellow tenant in his apartment lobby.

Police said Yong Hung Wang, 36, allegedly pushed and grabbed John Derouvian by the neck and threw him to the ground. The April 4 scuffle occurred after Wang accused Derouvian of not living in the Leavitt Street building, cops said.

Derouvian said Wang screamed, “Get the f— out of here. You don’t f—ing live here. I’m going to f—ing hurt you,” according to court records.

The complex’s surveillance cameras also show Wang later blocking Derouvian from entering the elevator until police arrived.

Wang was charged with second-degree harassment and third-degree assault. He was arraigned on April 4 and released without bail.
