Astoria Federal Savings continued its support for the Queens Library’s 2012 summer reading program, “Dream Big,” which offered thousands of young people opportunities to maintain or improve their reading skills during the summer months.
The contribution is one of the many ways Astoria Federal Savings encourages lifelong learning and strengthens local neighborhoods by providing financial support to hundreds of not-for-profit organizations throughout the communities it serves in Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester.
