A man has been missing since he was last seen leaving his 67th Street home on Sunday, October 13, police said.

Jose Hernandez, 36, was last seen leaving his home around 2 p.m., police said. He is Hispanic, 5’6” and 160 pounds, and was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers with white stripes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
