For those who don’t believe there are enough hours in the day, Sunday will provide you with an extra 60 minutes.

The clocks will “fall back” on Sunday at 2 a.m. with the end of Daylight Saving Time meaning everyone gets an extra hour of sleep that night. Remember to set your clock back before you go to sleep to avoid any alarm confusion in the morning.

The changing of the clocks means that it will now be dark when many people leave work — sunset will be at 4:48 p.m. on Monday — but the sun will rise before many people in the morning — 6:30 a.m. on Monday.
