Police are asking for the public's help finding Al Smith who was last seen in Jamaica.

Police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing elderly man last seen in Jamaica.

The NYPD issued Missing Senior Notification for Alfonso Smith, 75, who was last seen at 157th Street and 110th Avenue in Jamaica.  Smith suffers from Alzheimer’s and diabetes, according to authorities.

Smith is described as 5’10” tall, 200 lbs., with gray hair, a gray mustache and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, a black baseball hat, a light blue shirt, beige pants and grey sneakers.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Smith is asked to call 718-657-8220 or 718-520-9200.
