According to the NYPD, on Wednesday, March 6, around 3:30 p.m., authorities responded to a 9-1-1 call of a male stabbed on Jamaica Avenue near 127th Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered an unidentified man in his thirties who was stabbed in the back, and another victim, a 17-year-old male, who was hit in the shoulder with a rock.

EMS responded and transported the stabbing victim to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The second victim refused medical attention at the scene.
