Authorities are looking for this suspect who stole cash from a Rego Park salon on Thursday, February 7.

Authorities are looking for a suspect who robbed a Rego Park salon early Thursday morning

According to police, at about 3:30 a.m., the suspect used a hammer to shatter the front glass door of Olga Salon, located at 91-02 63rd Drive. Once inside, he removed cash from the register and a portable radio from behind the counter area, then fled.

The suspect is described as a white male, 35 to 40 years old, 5’8″, 160-170 pounds and was last seen wearing a dark colored jacket.

Anyone with information in regards to this burglary is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.  The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or texting their tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
