This suspect is wanted for punching a woman in the face, then stealing her wallet inside her Queens apartment building.

Police are looking for a suspect who robbed and assaulted a woman inside a Queens apartment building Tuesday afternoon.

Around 1 p.m. the suspect followed the 25-year-old victim into her building near Wetherole Street within the 112th Precinct, punched her in the face and removed her wallet, according to the NYPD.

The victim was treated at a local hospital and released.

Anyone with information in regards to this assault is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at or texting their tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
