Police are seeking this suspect in a Ozone Park rape on Sunday.

Police are looking for a man who raped a woman in Ozone Park Sunday.

The attack occurred as the suspect was giving the victim a ride in his vehicle around 5:10 a.m., said police.

After the 20-year-old victim exited the suspect’s car, he chased her to the corner of 98th Street and 97th Avenue where he sexually assaulted her.

Authorities describe the suspect as a black male in his 20s and of stocky build. He was wearing a blue and white shirt, and blue jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto Crime Stoppers website or by texting their tips to CRIMES (274637), then enter TIP577. All calls are strictly confidential.
