Some local Queens kids got dressed up and celebrated Halloween early.

Orestes Gonzalez, an architect, photographer, writer and resident of Long Island City since 1989,  gathered a group of children from Long Island City, Astoria and Sunnyside to create LIC Courier’s first Halloween Kids Photoshoot. With the help of artist Jhowee Chiang, who transformed these kids’faces, Orestes brought an early Halloween to LIC.
