Police are trying to find a suspect who shot man in Jamaica on October 31.

Cops are seeking a suspect who they say shot a man multiple times in Jamaica last week.

On Thursday, October 31, around 7 p.m. on 148th Street near 88th Avenue, the suspect fired at the 21-year-old victim, striking him three times in the left side of his torso, then fled on foot, said police.

The victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition.

According to police, who have released a video of the suspect, he was wearing a black baseball hat, a black jacket and a red scarf.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or can text their tips to CRIMES (274637), then enter TIP577. All calls are strictly confidential.
