William Braxton, 83, was found dead in Long Island four days after he went missing from his Queens home.

An elderly Jamaica man missing since this weekend was discovered dead in a Long Island body of water Wednesday, police said.

William Braxton, 83, was last seen leaving his 173rd Street residence about noon Saturday, the NYPD said.

His body was found about 3 p.m. yesterday in Inwood, a Five Towns hamlet, located just over the Queens County border, according to police.

The medical examiner is still investigating a cause of death.
