This suspect and three others are wanted for allegedly taking $4,000 from a purse inside a Far Rockaway woman's home last month.

A Queens woman lost $4,000 after a group of thieves followed her from a Long Island bank and stole the money from inside her home while she was distracted, police said.

The 38-year-old victim had just left a Bank of America in Lawrence, N.Y. during the afternoon of May 1 when the suspects, two women and two men, started trailing the woman to her Far Rockaway home located around Cedar Hill Road, cops said.

One of the female suspects, then knocked on the woman’s door and told her she dropped some money near her car While the victim and the two female suspects gathered the money from around the vehicle, one of the male suspects went into the her home and took an envelope containing $4,000 from her purse, according to officials.

All four of the suspects then fled in a white Chrysler Pacifica.

Police have released a surveillance photo of one of the female suspects taken at the bank located at 400 Central Ave., and describe her as Hispanic, in her mid-20s and 5 feet 4 inches tall. She was wearing a black North Face jacket and blue jeans.
