Work moving forward at 27-07 43rd Avenue despite new permits

“Originally filed as a nine-story residential build, the new permits in September called for 108 hotel rooms and nearly 50,000 square feet commercial space. While ‘no decision’ has been made on what the final product will be, that hasn’t stopped construction on the lot.
