A man caught urinating in public by officers from the 113th Precinct was arrested for more than just releasing his bladder.

Police found the suspect urinating between two parked cars on 231st Street in Laurelton on Saturday at 1:45 a.m. The suspect was ordered not to move and, as he turned around, officers from the Anti-Crime team noticed a bulge in the suspect’s upper right waistband area.

Police recovered a loaded 9-mm handgun from his waistband and approximately 5 ounces of marijuana.

Marvin Robbins, 23, of Laurelton was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of marijuana, public urination and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Previously, officers from the Anti-Crime team stopped a black 2010 Mercedes E250 for driving recklessly on Rockaway Boulevard but the vehicle sped away. They were canvassing for the vehicle when they discovered Robbins relieving himself.
