The second building of luxury residences in Flushing’s Sky View Parc mixed-use project has already sold $85 million worth of condominiums in its opening weekend.

The building, dubbed “Grand Two,” is one of three which will ultimately make up the multi-phase luxury development located above The Shops at SkyView Center, a 700,000-square-foot retail mall. Units in the first building, “Grand One,” have completely sold out.

“Hitting the $85 million sales mark in the opening weekend for Grand Two is a tremendous accomplishment for our team,” said Michael Dana, president of Onex Real Estate Partners. “The buyers’ confidence in the product serves as a true testament to the quality of luxury living we create for each of our residents.”

Each of the building’s 258 units feature a balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a washer and dryer, in addition to top-of-the-line finishes. Architect Peter Clewes designed the development with architectsAlliance, an award-winning team of 45 architects, designers and technologists.

The building will include a mix of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom units, and pricing will range from around $490,000 to over $2 million.

Shared amenities are set to include a 24-hour staffed lobby and concierge, a 5-acre landscaped rooftop garden and basketball and tennis courts.
