Saturday marked the debut of the LIC Flea & Food indoor holiday market at the Shops at Atlas Park. Shoppers seeking artisanal food and finery flocked to the market’s new Glendale location.

The Queens Holiday Market features more than 70 vendors with a wide range of wares, from vintage clothing and accessories to handmade jewelry, antiques, beauty products and home furnishings. Holiday shoppers are sure to find the perfect one-of-a-kind gift for everyone on their list.

Hungry shoppers can also feast on savory dishes, like flavorful tacos from Coney Shack,  or chow down on comfort food favorites like panettone French toast or waffle mac and cheese from House of Mac. An array of provisions, from locally sourced honey to jars of kimchi and wasabi sour pickles, are also available to take home.

Beer from Queens Brewery and Glendale-based Finback Brewery is available at the market’s bar. A special arcade and video game room was added within the market to encourage fun for all ages.

The LIC Flea and Food’s holiday market is located above Toys R Us and will run every weekend from Nov. 28 to Dec. 20. A special night market will also be held on Friday, Dec. 4, from 6 to 10 p.m. in celebration of the Atlas Park Christmas tree lighting ceremony.
