A prime three-story, six-unit residential building in Ridgewood is up for sale for $2.65 million, according to DY Realty Services.

The 4,725-square-foot building located at 504 Seneca Ave. was fully gut renovated in 2011 and has six railroad units with two bedrooms and one bath per unit and sits on a 2,500-square-foot lot.
