Romero reportedly works as a janitor at Robert F. Kennedy Community High School.

A middle school janitor has been charged with sexually abusing two teen boys who reportedly live in his Bayside co-op building and selling their semen for cash at sperm banks, prosecutors announced.

William Romero, 45, was arraigned on Jan. 2 on five counts including sexual abuse, forcible touching, use of a child in a sexual performance and endangering the welfare of a child.

Romero — who reportedly works as a janitor at Robert F. Kennedy Community High School in Kew Gardens Hills — allegedly was in contact with the victims from June 1 to Dec. 24, 2015, according to the Queens District Attorney’s office.

On multiple occasions, prosecutors said, he allegedly instructed a 16-year-old victim to masturbate in front of him while he watched; sometimes he would also touch the teen’s genitalia. In each instance, police noted, Romero allegedly had the boy ejaculate into a cup for a purported sale to a local sperm bank. After this, he allegedly gave the boy various amounts of money.

The second victim — a 15-year-old — also told police that Romero “would help him out with money” if he masturbated in front of him into a cup, also for purported sale to a sperm bank.

In statements made to police, according to the criminal complaint, Romero allegedly claimed that he “helped out” whoever needed extra money by offering to sell their sperm, and that he gave the 15-year-old victim money for this purpose.

Following his arraignment on Saturday, Jan. 2, Romero was released on $50,000 bond; he is scheduled to reappear in court again on Jan. 8, according to court records.
