Located at 55-01 37th Avenue, the property is fully air conditioned and equipped with three drive-in doors. The one-story building is located in an M1-1 zoning district, which makes it available for light industrial uses such as repair shops and service facilities. Offices, hotels and most retail uses are also allowed in these districts.

The warehouse is situate on the corner of 55th Street and 37th Avenue, near the M, 7 and R trains and the Long Island Rail Road. DY Realty Services is the broker.
