Have you seen this Bayside bank robber?

Detectives are looking for a man who used a verbal threat to obtain cash from a Bayside bank during a robbery Tuesday afternoon.

The heist occurred at 5:46 p.m. inside the Chase bank at 61-03 Springfield Blvd. in the Oakland Gardens section of the neighborhood.

According to police, the perpetrator walked up to the counter and demanded cash from the teller. The employee reportedly complied with the request and handed over an undisclosed sum of money to the bandit, who fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction.

Officers from the 111th Precinct responded to the incident; there were no injuries.

The crook is described as a white male with a beard who was last seen wearing a black TapouT hooded sweatshirt.
