The man stole a wallet left unattended at a Little Neck Petco.

Police are looking for a man wanted for stealing a wallet left unattended in a Little Neck pet store.

The suspect was able to remove the wallet on Feb. 8 after the victim, a 29-year-old female, left it in the back office of a Petco at 254-51 Horace Harding Expressway. He then left the location.

The suspect is described as a black male approximately 6 feet tall and 220 pounds with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a light-colored jacket, green and black striped shirt and a ski hat.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS or for Spanish 888-57-PISTA (74782)

The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website  or texting their tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
