A 26-year-old man was fatally shot in the head at a Queens home on Saturday morning, according to police.

Police received a 911 call of gunshots outside a house on 131 Street in South Ozone Park. When they arrived, they saw the man with a gunshot wound to the back in the rear of the location, according to police.

A police source told the Daily News that a .22-caliber firearm and three shell casings were found at the scene.

The victim was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police have not released the identification of the victim. No arrests have been made.
