A little rain and snow didn’t put a damper on LIC Flea & Food’s grand opening last weekend where thousands flocked for the best in food and flea that Queens offers. The clear skies predicted for this weekend will surely make a visit to LIC Flea & Food the perfect weekend plan.

Open every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., LIC Flea, located at 5-25 46th Ave.,  is the place to enjoy foods from around the globe and to find the most unique items from local vendors. Grab a local brew at the All-Queens Beer Garden and enjoy the day.

Loyal fans have been counting the days till the fourth season: “I couldn’t wait,” LIC resident Triana said. “Since they put the sign up, I’m like, ‘Oh we have three weeks left to go, two weeks to go.’”
Parking and lots of public transportation including the 7 and G train lines and the East River Ferry make getting to LIC Flea easy.

Disclosure: LIC Flea & Food is owned by Schneps Communications, which also owns QNS.
