For $3.6 million, you can get your hands on a renovated warehouse in the heart of Ozone Park‘s industrial area.

This warehouse, located on 97-20 99th St. in Ozone Park, is two stories tall with 16-foot ceilings and around 16,000 square feet of space. It also includes multiple drive-in gates and an automated sprinkler system.

Another perk to the property is its close proximity to the A train at the Liberty Avenue station.  It is also within walking distance of the Jackie Robinson Parkway, the Van Wyck Expressway and Woodhaven Boulevard.

According to the broker marketing the property, Stephen Preuss, “The quality and improvements of this fully renovated asset are unmatched for the Ozone Park neighborhood.”

The extensive renovations of the warehouse building total at more than $1.5 million.

The Ozone Park warehouse is currently being rented by the Otis Elevator company, but is expected to be available for purchase later in the year.
