Here are two new images of the Whitestone Shopping Center crook.

QNS recently reported that the Whitestone Shopping Center has been smacked with a slew of grand larcenies by an individual who specializes in car break-ins and identity theft, police said. The alleged crook, pictured in the two new images, has struck again.

One of the bandits most recent attempts took place on Thursday, March 31, between 8:20 p.m. and 9:05 p.m., in front of 137-05 20th Ave. The suspect broke into a parked car and stole three gadgets; an Apple iPhone 5S, an Apple iPad and a Dell laptop.

The thief continued his spree on Monday, April 11, between 7:55 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. in front of a Target located at 135-05 20th Ave. He broke into another parked car and snatched a briefcase containing personal documents and miscellaneous items.

Two days later on Wednesday, April 13, between 6:55 p.m. and 7:55 p.m., the suspect did his “dirty work” in front of a Shop Rite located at 133-11 20th Ave. Once again, he broke into a parked car and grabbed a pocketbook containing cash and credit cards.

Incident seven occurred on Monday, April 25, between 4:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. in front of 132-13 14th Ave. The suspect broke into a parked car and took a Samsung cellphone.

The suspect’s latest crime was on Thursday, April 28, between 7:50 p.m. and 9:20 p.m. in front of 153-37 Cross Island Parkway. He broke into a parked car and stole a wallet containing cash and credit cards.

Just in case you thought this bandit wasn’t bold enough, here are some of his past incidents:

The first incident occurred on Tuesday, April 12, around 5 p.m. in front of 132-11 14th Ave. in the center’s parking lot. The thief broke into a parked car and stole multiple credit cards and cash.

The bandit struck again the next day between 4:10 and 5 p.m. in a parking lot located at the intersection of Cross Island Parkway and 160th Street. He broke into a parked car and took a laptop, a credit card and a debit card.

The suspect then attempted to use the stolen debit card at a 7-Eleven, located at 149-52 14th Ave.

A third incident took place on Friday, April 15, between 6 and 8 p.m. at the Whitestone Shopping Center parking lot. The suspect broke into a parked car and stole a Samsung Galaxy 5 cellphone and a credit card.

Additional surveillance photos of the alleged suspect are obtained from a Chase Bank located at 32-45 Francis Lewis Blvd. and taken following incident #1 on April 12. The attached images are also available on NYPD’s website.

The suspect is described as a male with a light complexion and black hair.
