Money-hungry gunman robs Woodhaven’s Dunkin’ Donuts shop of $600

Detectives ask for the public’s help in finding the man who recently robbed cash at gunpoint from a Dunkin’ Donuts shop in Woodhaven.

The stickup took place at 11 p.m. on April 24 inside the eatery located at 92-17 Jamaica Ave.

Police said the perpetrator — described as a Hispanic male standing 5 foot, 5 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with a mustache — walked into the location and displayed a firearm. He then removed $600 in cash from the register and fled on foot in an unknown direction.

Officers from the 102nd Precinct responded to the incident; no injuries were reported.

The gunman was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, dark blue jeans and black shoes.
