Blink Fitness has recently opened its fifth location in Queens with one in Woodside.

After opening its fourth Queens facility in Ozone Park last month, Blink Fitness has opened yet another gym in the “World’s Borough,” this time in Woodside.

Blink Fitness is bringing their value-based operation to 56-02 Roosevelt Ave., where fitness junkies can get workouts that won’t hurt their wallets.

The Woodside gym will have 70 pieces of “top-of-the-line” cardio equipment and 60 pieces of “state-of-the-art” strength training equipment, including free weights and different types of machines that provide upper body, lower body and core workouts.

Certified personal trainers will also be available for those members who want to create a custom workout experience tailored to their personal fitness goals. Memberships are available for as low as $15 per month, with a free start-up personal training session.

“We are excited to open our doors in Woodside, our fifth club in Queens,” said Todd Magazine, Blink Fitness president. “To celebrate the opening, we partnered with The Child Center of NY and donated 50 one-year memberships to the organization to help them continue their work in support of children and families in Woodside and surrounding communities.”

The Child Center of NY is an organization dedicated to strengthening children and families with skills, opportunities, and emotional support to build healthy, successful lives.

“We are so pleased that Blink Fitness has chosen to donate these memberships to families and staff of The Child Center of NY,” said Traci Donnelly, CEO and executive director of The Child Center. “As an agency committed to underserved communities and to promoting health and wellness on every level, we share a lot of common ground with Blink. We are glad to welcome the club to the neighborhood and look forward to future opportunities for collaboration.”

Blink Fitness is open Mondays through Thursdays from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., Fridays from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
