4-month-old baby found dead in South Ozone Park home

An infant was found dead in a South Ozone Park home early this morning, police said.

On Aug. 18 at 2 a.m., police responded to a 911 call for an unconscious infant at 135-39 115th St. They found a 4-month-old male baby unconscious and unresponsive inside the home. Quinn Chirichigno was transported to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The investigation is ongoing and the medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
