This beef came with a side of bullets.

A New Jersey man was arrested early Saturday morning for shooting a man during an apparent argument outside of a Maspeth barbecue joint over the weekend, authorities said.

 

According to the criminal complaint provided by the Queens District Attorney’s office, 30-year-old Carlos Suarez-Moytoya of Lodi, NJ, allegedly got into a verbal altercation — which quickly turned physical — with three individuals outside of the SLIDE Bar-B-Q restaurant, located at 52-75 65th Pl., between 3:20 and 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 29.

Eyewitnesses told investigators that Suarez-Moytoya allegedly went to a vehicle parked outside the restaurant, reached inside and allegedly pulled out a silver revolver. The eyewitness then heard a gunshot and saw the 23-year-old male victim on the ground and in engaged in a struggle with Suarez-Moytoya, who then fled the location.

Ramirez was brought to an area hospital where he was treated for a gunshot wound to his abdomen, two fractured ribs and multiple contusions to his face and body, cops said.

Suarez-Moytoya was arrested by officers of the 104th Precinct on charges of attempted murder, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon for the loaded firearm, and second degree assault.

He was arraigned on Oct. 30 and bail was set at $500,000. His next court date is scheduled for Nov. 11.
