Police released images of a man whom they say sexually assaulted a 55-year-old woman inside a Corona laundromat last month.

Authorities said the groping occurred at 1:20 p.m. on Oct. 21 at the location at 108-43 Corona Ave., near 54th Avenue.

 

According to law enforcement sources, the suspect — a Hispanic male in his 20s standing 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds and wearing a white t-shirt and black jeans — approached the victim, grabbed her breast and fled the location. The incident was later reported to the 110th Precinct.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS, visit their website or send a text message to 274637 (CRIMES), then enter TIP577. All calls and messages are kept confidential.
