Police are searching for a man who busted into a travel agency and stole thousands of dollars worth of valuables in South Richmond Hill.

At 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 3, a male individual entered Bobbie’s Travel Agency, located at 110-10 Liberty Ave., by breaking in through the back door of the building.

Once the individual was inside, he removed $13,000 in cash from the building. He also took a gold ring, two diamond rings, two gold bangles, two gold chains and two gold bracelets.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).  The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
