Monday, Jan. 23, marks the first day of NYC Restaurant Week, and four Queens restaurants are offering great deals until Feb. 10.

Organized by NYC & Company, New York City’s official destination marketing organization, more than 375 restaurants in 41 neighborhoods are participating. Each restaurant offers three-course prix-fixe lunches for $29 and three-course prix-fixe dinners for $42.

MP Taverna in Astoria, a “modern interpretation of a traditional Greek tavern,” according to its website, is located at 31-29 Ditmars Blvd. Appetizers at the restaurant include Cypriot lamb sausage, barrel-aged feta and Grandma’s Greek Meatballs.

For entrees, Chef Michael Psilakis prepares dishes such as Greek paella, roasted lemon chicken, lamb shank and spinach, feta and dill stuffed fillet of sole. There are also a plethora of burgers, sandwiches, salads and sides to choose from. MP Taverna will offer the deals every day except Saturday.

Oro, an Italian restaurant that opened in Long Island City in August 2016, is also participating in Restaurant Week. Its three-course dinner menu will give diners a chance to choose from dishes like roasted acorn squash bisque and braised lamb meatballs for the first course; sweet pea risotto or beer-brined pork chops for the second course; and tiramisu or strawberry panna cotta, among other choices.

The prix-fixe dinner is offered Monday through Friday at 41-17 Crescent St.

Penthouse 808, a rooftop hotel lounge that offers Asian cuisine, serves a variety of dishes inspired by pacific fare such as Hawaiian skirt steak, coconut curry bouillabaisse and rock shrimp tempura. For dessert, diners can choose from a chocolate coconut cake or mango and passion fruit bar. Penthouse 808 is located at 8-08 Queens Plaza in Long Island City and offers the specials Monday through Friday and Sunday for dinner.

Finally, Maiella at 46-10 Center Blvd. in Long Island City is another Italian restaurant participating. Diners will choose from three first course options like polenta morbida and porcini and four entree options such as gnocchi al tartufo invernale and polla al mattone. The featured dessert is torta alla meringa.

Maiella is offering the specials Monday through Friday and Sunday for dinner.
