VIDEO: Cops searching for gunman who opened fire on a man in Jackson Heights

Police are looking for a perpetrator who shot a 24-year-old man in the torso on a Jackson Heights street.

On Jan. 17 at approximately 8:37 p.m., the victim was approached at 90-01 37th Ave. by the gunman who shot him once on the right side of his torso. The suspect fled on foot while the the suspect went to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries.

 

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male and he was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, black sneakers and a black bandana.
