It’s a classic case of a kick and run.

Police are on the hunt for a young man who kicked and damaged an Uber driver’s car and ran in Flushing earlier this month.

According to police, on Friday, Jan. 6, at around 10 p.m., an Uber driver went to pick up a group of people at 27-43 170th St. Upon arrival, the driver decided to decline the ride after seeing how big the group was.

One individual got angry after the driver wouldn’t take them, leading him to kick the rear door of the car. The suspect then took off northbound on 170th Street.

The individual is described as a white male, aged 16 to 17 years old. He was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
