A popular chain serving up Thai-style ice cream rolls is reportedly coming to Forest Hills.

According to DNAinfo, a franchise location of I-CE-NY is slated to open up at 71-24 Austin St. in early April. It will be the chain’s first Queens location.

Made in front of the customer, Thai rolled ice cream is created first by pouring a milk-based liquid on an extremely cold metal surface. A pair of spatulas are then used to manipulate the liquid, rolling and smashing until it becomes a solid. The ice cream is then carved into solid rolls, place into a cup and finished with a selection of toppings.

I-CE-NY features whimsically named menu items including “Cookie Spree,” “Chocorilla” and “Matcha Mania.” Customers can also order custom confections, choosing their own mix-ins, toppings or sauces.

The chain, which made its start in Thailand, made its North American debut in Manhattan in 2015. Since then, the chain has opened up additional locations throughout the country, including Atlanta, Philadelphia and, most recently, Brooklyn.

The new I-CE-NY location will be situated next to a Shake Shack.
