Governor Andrew Cuomo’s lavish one-time abode steps from the Douglaston waterfront can be yours — but just for the next six months.

The six-bedroom, 4 1/2-bath Mediterranean-style home is located at 122 Grosvenor St., within the affluent Douglaston Manor enclave of the neighborhood. After being sold for $2.4 million last year, the mansion is back on the market as a short-term winter rental.

According to Curbed, the governor lived there with his former wife, Kerry Kennedy, for a few years in the 1990s. Most recently, the property was purchased by Songza CEO Elias Roman and his wife, Sarah Jane.

The 1920s-style mansion features views of Little Neck Bay, a spacious backyard and patio area. Interested parties can rent the private property from July 1 until Dec. 31 for $5,500 a month, according to the listing.
