Creep who dropped his pants in front of a young girl in Astoria still on the run: cops

Police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a young girl who was walking to school in Astoria last month.

At 7:40 a.m. on Friday, April 7, a 13-year-old girl was on her way to school when she was approached by an unknown man in front of 29-22 36th Ave. After engaging the girl in conversation, police say that the man dropped his pants and exposed his penis.

Moments later, police said, the suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction; the victim would report the incident to a school official, who then contacted the 114th Precinct.

The suspect is described as white male between the ages of 30- and 35-years-old, and standing 5 feet, 10 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a black coat, black pants, black shoes and a black hat.
