Police have released an image of a man whom they say exposed himself to a young girl on a Sunnyside street earlier this week.

According to the NYPD, the incident occurred at 7:25 a.m. on May 11 along an undisclosed spot on 48th Street in the neighborhood, as the 13-year-old female victim was walking through the area.

Law enforcement sources said the suspect — described as a white man in his mid 20s with close cut hair — approached the girl and asked her for a piece of paper. Police said he then dropped his pants and exposed his genitalia at the victim.

He then fled the scene on a bicycle, pedaling northbound on 48th Street, authorities said. The incident was later reported to the 108th Precinct.
