Cops say this man fatally shot two people on a Jamaica street and is still at large

Police released on Wednesday a picture of a man who they believe is connected to a shooting in Jamaica earlier this month that left two people dead and another injured.

According to police, Victor Ocasio, 28, allegedly shot three people in the early hours of Wednesday, July 5.

At 3:38 a.m. that morning, police responded to a 911 call of a female shot in front of a location on 170th Street near 107th Avenue. Upon their arrival, they found 27-year-old Jasmine Quattlebaum, who had suffered a gunshot wound to her head. EMS responded to the scene and declared dead at the scene.

Police also found 28-year-old Herman Mullings, who sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his back, and a 32-year-old victim with a gunshot wound in his arm. Both men were transported to Jamaica Hospital, where Mullings was pronounced dead. The 32-year-old victim was listed in stable condition.

Ocasio is described as a Hispanic male, standing 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds.
