Cops released images on Tuesday of a man who passed notes demanding cash from banks in Jamaica and Forest Hills in two recent heists.

According to police, the first incident took place on July 21 at 5:05 p.m., when an unidentified individual entered a Capitol One Bank located at 146-21 Jamaica Ave. in Jamaica. He approached a teller and presented a note demanding cash.

Law enforcement sources said the teller complied and handed over $3,700 to the suspect, who then fled the bank on foot in unknown direction.

Then, on Aug. 28, the suspect entered a Capitol One Bank located at 107-18 71st Ave. in Forest Hills at approximately 3 p.m. Authorities said approached a teller and passed a note demanding cash.

According to police, the teller complied and the suspect fled the bank on foot in unknown direction with approximately $474.

Police described the perpetrator as a white male and was last seen wearing a blue collar long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, a white baseball hat with an orange logo and eyeglasses.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577. All calls and messages are kept confidential.
