Crew members filming in Bayside on Nov. 6.

A popular CBS drama is using Bayside as the back drop in scenes for its second season.

Crew for “The Good Fight,” a spin-off of the hit drama “The Good Wife,” is filming scenes in Bayside on Nov. 6. The new season is slated to premiere in 2018.

At around 9:30 a.m., a bouncy house and balloons were set up on the front yard of a corner house at 39th Avenue and 209th Street. Crew members could be seen taking footage of a group of children using the bouncy house, presumably for a party scene.

“The Good Fight” picks up one year after “The Good Wife” left off and stars Christine Baranski, Cush Jumbo, Rose Leslie and Delroy Lindo. The series premiered in February 2017.

To accommodate filming, no parking restrictions are in effect in the following areas for the day:

  • 39th Avenue, between Corporal Kennedy and 209th Streets (both sides)
  • Most of 209th Street, between 38th and 39th Avenues
  • 209th Street (west side), between 39th and 41st Avenues

Residents who have questions or concerns can contact the productions locations department at 718-389-0065.
