A 19-year-old was arrested for threatening to shoot police officers from the 110th Precinct.

A 19-year-old was arrested on Nov. 19 for threatening to kill a member of Elmhurst‘s 110th Precinct, according to the NYPD.

Samuel Palominos was riding the F train on 14th Street and 6th Avenue on Nov. 18 at about 6 p.m. when he started threatening officers, police said.

Paominos was heard saying, “I am going to the 110th Precinct with a bullet-proof vest and AK-47, and I’m gonna shoot every cop in there.”

A witness called the 110th precinct, which covers Corona and Elmhurst, to alert them of Palominos’ threats. He was arrested by a 110th Precinct officer at the corner of Elmhurst Avenue and Case Street in Elmhurst on Nov. 19 and charged with making terroristic threats.

Bail was set at set at $5,000 bond/$2,500 cash and he is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 24.

According to a spokesperson for District Attorney Richard A. Brown, Palominos was also arrested on Nov. 17 for criminal mischief and other misdemeanors. He pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct violation as a result of that arrest, so the records for his Nov. 19 arrest are sealed.

Captain Nicola Ventre, the commanding officer for the 110th Precinct thanked the witness for calling officers to warn them about Palominos.
